The staff was really nice had almost what I wanted but after getting it and trying it on its was better than what i was looking for l... they had alot in stock and were really fast at getting it from the storage room to the customer as soon as possible

Store was jam packed when we came for back to school shoes. Staff was friendly and moved through the line efficiently. I would note that maybe when you have over 20 people in line holding the line up for kids to view ALL the croc charms is not the best idea.

I purchased 2 new pairs of New Balance shoes last month and just found out my actual shoe size was different than I thought. I went back and exchanged them both for the correct size even without the receipt or original boxes, and they were GREAT!! I will continue to do business with them based on their employees and policies. BEST EXPERIENCE so far this year!!
